Safe homemade toys for parakeets (budgies)? Wood, hemp rope, coconut, gourd houses, etc???? - homemade aviary for sale

I want to make my own toys, houses and nesting boxes for my budgies too. What materials are safe to use? So far, I thought of a number of things:
Manila Rope
Coconut oil (grocery store)
Pieces of wood (which types of wood and must be organic?)
Birdhouse gourd or use of houses and nesting boxes gourd? Are you sure?

Can any other materials that are used, which could in order to build things?
"All materials must be organic? Can I use the wood in the construction market?

All this material was in a huge cage in order to have enough space, do not worry. :)
